Care for the Care-Giver

This single session is dedicated to pastoral care workers, those in health care and chaplaincy and those who are caring for an elderly parent or family member. The Care-Giver is often so busy offering care for others that they can easily neglect their own needs. This presentation is a spiritual “Pick me Up” for those who so graciously offer themselves in the care for others. The presentation includes some gentle reminders on how to take good care of one’s self.
